Savor CT Coming Soon – Here are the Events!

Savor is a three-day celebration of bold cuisine, stylish wines, world-craft beers and inspiredSavor Glass Pour
spirits. Presented by Foxwoods Resort Casino and held at the Connecticut Convention Center
in Hartford, the event is hosted by Chef Robert Irvine, of Restaurant: Impossible on Food
Network. Savor will open on Thursday, April 7, 2016 and continue with a variety of events
through Saturday, April 9, 2016.

Thursday, April 7 | 7:00 – 9:30 pm
Savor the Legends of Pappy Van Winkle, Robert Irvine, and Plan b Burger
bar at this Kentucky style soirée. Guests will have the unique opportunity
to taste all five years of Pappy, aged from 10 to 23 years! Presented by Plan b,
Savor the Legends kicks off the Savor weekend with a delicious Kentucky
inspired menu, bourbon cocktails and the chance to meet Robert Irvine.

Savor’s Grand Tasting represents the best of the New England culinary
scene. Indulge your senses as you Sip, Savor & Stroll your way through an
extraordinary selection of domestic and international wine, as well as
some of the world’s finest craft beers, high caliber spirits and artisanal food
offerings – all are included in the single cost of admission.
A fantastic line-up of chefs will join Robert Irvine on the Savor Kitchen
Demonstration Stage and share their signature recipes and trade secrets
with you.

The Savor in Style Charity Gala, hosted by Robert Irvine, brings togetherMary Ann Esposito
some of the nation’s top culinary legends and prominent regional chefs.
These masters will lavish guests with their sumptuous creations, where
every dish will be paired with an exceptional wine or other luscious
libation. This spectacular evening event promises a thoroughly enjoyable
grand walk-around affair, where luxurious style meets substance. From
bubbles to dinner to dessert, we’ll make sure your glass is decadently
decanted and your plate is full of first-rate cuisine.
Tickets: $160 ($175 at the door, unless sold out in advance)
